Maribor, the European Capital of Culture 2012 and Slovenia's second-largest urban center, is renowned for its outstanding performances, Lent Festival—the largest summer outdoor festival in this part of Europe—excellent museums, vibrant cultural quarters, and the theatrical legacy of Tomaž Pandur, one of the world's most prominent directors. Under the auspices of the Maribor Tourist Board and the Office for Culture and Youth of the City of Maribor, we guide the development and promotion process of cultural tourism.

NATIONWIDE AND INTERNATIONAL GROUP PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN 

Maribor is the first city in Slovenia to develop a model for collective promotion of culture and tourism with the participation of numerous partners. The nationwide poster campaign invites both domestic and international visitors to explore Maribor's cultural institutions—its theaters, festivals, museums, and galleries.
